We came to the Ergies volcano to ski and one of the days of our five-day rides decided to give an excursion to Kayseri. Searching for a guide on the Internet, we came across great reviews about the guide Sezai Dogruere, who organizes tours around Cappadocia. Having contacted and consulted with him, we realized that the best solution for us would be the Red Tour, and someday we will come to Kayseri ourselves.
On the appointed day, we came straight to the hotel and the journey began! In addition to the fact that we traveled the entire red route, we managed to visit the underground city from the green, there were many observation decks, a delicious lunch, a touch of pottery, as well as, at our request, tasting and, of course, buying local wine, and, on the way back to the hotel, basturma, which is famous for Kayseri, plus a tour of the old, already night part of the city in Kayseri, which was a pleasant bonus from the company.
