Fabulous landscapes! Aug. 2019 We went to Cappadocia from Kemer. The tour is called Cappadocia Tour. With plans to ride a balloon. I'll start in order. The road from Kemer to Nevsehir (overnight in a 4 star hotel) was 10 hours. Let me explain why: the route to Cappadocia begins in the area of Side - Manavgat (500 km - 6 hours). Therefore, another 3 hours takes only the road to Side - Manavgata - the meeting place of all participants of the excursion. But this does not darken the impression of what you see. Throughout the road, they stopped at panoramas, beautiful views: Uchhisar Fortress, Goreme open-air museum, underground cities, all sorts of valleys (doves, love, panorama of other cities, hotel in stones). Indeed, bizarre mountains, unreal views, all mountains are dotted with holes and dwellings of residents. The guide tells the story of the formation of all this. That's how the first day goes. We arrive at the hotel tonight. We lived in 4 stars, Tashsarai Hotel. Nice hotel, cool meals, nice rooms. New plumbing, slippers, towels. It's as it should be. The next morning, they planned a balloon flight. But alas, the cancellation due to the wind (over 13 m / s.) before our arrival for 4 days did not fly for the same reason. So you can come this far and not ride a balloon. Not even on the observation deck, so there is nothing to see. So, before breakfast, we wandered around the city, met the dawn on the main square, talked with local dogs. After breakfast again on the road back. new views, valleys, panoramas, crafts of locals, the city of Konya (to information: 2 million inhabitants). But, despite everything, the tour leaves an indelible impression of what you saw. The mere fact that you are in the center of Turkey (we have located our location via satellite on the map) makes such travel special. memorable. Yes, I forgot to say: the road runs through the mountains, the beginning of the way is chic serpentine, picturesque mountain views.

After checking into the hotel, we went for a walk around the city of Goreme. We realized that in Cappadocia you need a competent guide with knowledge of the region and knowledge of the Russian language 😁 We decided to contact this company and did not regret it. In two days we saw the main attractions. The guide speaks excellent Russian, knows the history of the region very well, and knows his way around the region. Interesting, rich, bright, colorful, romantic Feb. 2021 • For two My wife and I came to Cappadocia for just one day (2 nights). There is very little time, but there are a lot of interesting things around. This is a rock-fortress, and an underground city, and ancient Christian churches, and much, much more. How to be on time everywhere?! It’s good that before our trip to Cappadocia we contacted Sezai, our guide, who, through his agency, organized the entire program in the best possible way: meeting at Kayseri airport, transfer to Germe, accommodation in an authentic hotel stylized as a cave city, optimal excursion route to the most interesting places , interesting and educational excursion in good Russian, return transfer to Kayseri airport. It was very interesting and informative. We really regretted that, due to an early flight to Istanbul, we were not able to take part in a very spectacular and beautiful event: a mass balloon flight.
